I am 5”5.
I just completely changed my life.
Working out a six times a week - fitness, cardio, swimming, running, piloxing, fitbox.
I changed my eating habits. No sweet, no fast food, lots of fruits, chicken, etc.
As you can see, impossible is nothing.
Still not where I want it to be, but only 22 lbs to go.
Huge bowl of cinnamon banana oatmeal before I work a double again today. Topped it with banana, berries, pomegranate, granola and melted coconut peanut butter.
